At UNTIED, we strive for the perfect fit; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
